We want all passengers to be aware that we are taking the current health crisis very seriously. We will always put your health and safety at the forefront of our operations. In addition to our existing safety measures, we have applied some new procedures to help you feel at ease when you travel with us.
Physical Distancing: Our Reef Sprinter boats have been assessed for maximum capacity, adhering to social physical distancing guidelines and we will be strictly complying with these measures. Our boats are 48 square metres. The rule is 1 person to 4 square meters. This means we have cut down our numbers and are now only taking 10 passengers maximum and 2 crew.
Hygiene: Hand Sanitizer will be available in our check-in office. All staff are limiting any unnecessary contact (handshakes, high fives or hugs). We ask that you use contactless payment options if possible. The Eftpos machine will be sanitised after every non-contactless use.
Cleaning: We have increased our cleaning protocols on the boat and in our office and will ensure all frequently used areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized as per the local health department guidelines.
Contact Tracing: When booking with us, you will be need to provide a current phone number, residential address and full name to participate in our tour. When you go on our tour, your personal data may be provided to official government bodies to help stop the spread of any health outbreaks. We encourage all staff and travellers to download the CovidSafe app to assist in this process.
